Health Committee Deputy Chairman Sahare administers polio dose to children

Nagpur: Under the Polio immunization drive, the polio dose was administered to children below the age of five in the entire city on Sunday. In the Nehru Nagar zone, health department Deputy Chairman Nagesh Sahara launched the campaign by administering polio doses to children at Sakkardara and Tajbagh centers. A polio immunization drive is underway all over India to make the country polio-free. The aim of this campaign is to ensure that the country should be free of polio patients. On the occasion, all concerned parents in Nagpur were appealed to give polio dose to their children. He also said that from February 2 to 6, health department staff members would visit the homes of the children who could not be vaccinated due to some reason on Sunday.
